GRADE 1 Conservation & Conversion
The practice have recently completed the restoration of this Grade 1,
150 foot prospect tower of 1830 and adaptation as high quality holiday accommodation for the Vivat Trust to secure its long term viability. The recreation of the missing Roman Cement render and features involved extensive research and sampling work with leading conservators, manufacturers and contractors. The project was HLF funded and the contract approximately £2.5 million in value.

In 2013 the Vivat Trust and the Save Hadlow Tower Action Group won English Heritage Angel Awards for 'Best Craftsmanship employed on a Heritage Rescue' and the 'Favourite as voted by English Heritage Members and Telegraph subscribers'.
