As part of an initiative led by the Diocese of Chelmsford, we were commissioned to look at various parish hall sites to see the viability of redevelopment opportunities providing new parish facilities coupled with social housing.   

St Elizabeth’s Church sits on a large corner site with parish hall in need of significant updating. We provided several options illustrating ways the hall site could be redeveloped, providing a new modern hall and church facilities at ground floor level with social housing above. The various schemes included options up to 38 homes.
