The study of an historic group of buildings, urban area or development site to identify significance, opportunities and strategies for future reuse can contribute greatly to the successful regeneration of that site or area. We have carried out a number of studies in collaboration with Fourth Street and Colliers International, extracts from some of which are illustrated here.
